Governor Scuffles Plan

In an article written on October 17, 2007, the governor of Alaska has been debating the idea of tapping into a wealth of natural gas in the state. The governor, Sarah Palin, has issued statements that reflect a hesitation to allow Big Oil Companies to begin the pipelines that would extract the oil. One of the companies, MidAmerica, which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, is in the bidding for the contract to create the pipeline system. However, due to the political holdup, the date to begin is not yet known.

Hey Mark!

I think you should check out my blog about Boeing in Brief

This post talks about gas prices and possible plans to expand. As a plane company, oil prices are important for our company and can effect our business. Great information!

Hi Mark,

That information is really interesting. I’m sure Beyond Petroleum, the energy company I am focusing my blog on, would be very interested in possible gas pipelines in Alaska. BP already has pipelines in that area.
