Blogs About Berksire Hathaway
My company, Berkshire Hathaway, is a holding company for smaller companies of numerous industries. It is often in the news about its management, stock situation, board meetings, subsidiary companies and recent merger and acquisitions. I found two blogs that are about my company. The first blog involved a discussion about the stock split that occurred with Berkshire Hathaway's class A stock. Apparently, the BRK stock split when investors did not expect it. The blogger expresses criticism of the split and questions the timing. The second blog that involved my company discussed the fact that Berkshire CEO, Warren Buffet, is distantly related to music legend Jimmy Buffet. The two are connected from over 600 years of familiar ties. Jimmy and Warren are apparently good friends and they often go to each other for advice. The blog was very interesting but didn't contain much useful information.

Mark's project is turning out to be very interesting. We both have similar topics because of the finance side of public relations. We'll certainly have to compare and contrast our communications plans closer to when they are due. He should check out my blog,GoogleCrash, to see what I've been up to.
